Macy’s launched app exclusive personalized offers. This promotion is an offshoot of the usual personalized offers (PZOs). PZOs are dynamic offers that customers receive based off of their shopping behavior. The app exclusive personalized offers are obtained by going on the Macy’s app.

The goal of this project is to get customers to download the app, if they haven’t done so already, and increase sales.
